Hi,
I am having some trouble here. I use a Web Filter call Websense Security to filter all web traffic. I have all IM blocked from usage. IM chat is working through https protocol like gmail chat, etc.
I spoke to Websense support and sad to say they really suck. I even captured logs of the communications and blocked them in the filter to prohibit the chat through SSL and it still has gotten through.
Any suggestions?
